My name is Char Young. I am a New Zealand athlete specializing in Road Running and Triathlon. This year I have been selected to represent New Zealand at the Triathlon World Champs in Rotterdam. I have been completing in Triathlons for 2 years. Prior to Triathlon I have been a runner, representing Auckland at national level competitions. I am passionate about demonstrating that anyone can be healthy and participate in sport. I want to encourage healthy eating and regular exercise among the wider community as well as promoting great products to the fitness and triathlon community. Additionally to being a triathlete, I am a Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse and a Tutor at the School of Nursing, University for Auckland.
