1. Who qualifies for a Trade Account?
Retailers, Pools, Swim Clubs, Swim Schools, Schools, and anyone else who intends to purchase in bulk on a regular basis may qualify for a Trade Account. Apply on our Accounts page and don't forget to reply to our 'Welcome' email with your details.
2. How long will it take for me to receive my goods?
Your order is packed and dispatched within 24 hours, and will usually reach you within 48 hours. Deliveries to the South Island and to Rural Delivery addresses may take a little longer.
3. How much will delivery cost me?
FREE delivery within New Zealand for orders over $150. For all other orders within NZ there is a flat rate of $6 per order. For other countries check out our Delivery Policy page.
